General Information

Rates are seasonal and vary up to $209 per night based on double occupancy. Please add $25 per night for additional persons. Smoking is allowed outside and in designated areas. Pets are welcome with an extra $25 non-refundable pet fee. Daily housekeeping is available, upon request. There is an additional fee for daily housekeeping. 

Please call us to confirm your reservation. Your confirmation letter will be sent out by email shortly after. We accept all major credit cards. Your payment will be processed the day before your stay. 

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. If Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, Guest must notify Owner in writing via email. Cancellation to a single reservation may be made prior to 48 hours in advance. If you book more than 2 cottages, cancellations must be made 14 days in advance. If you book more than 4 cottages, cancellations must be made 30 days in advance. If you must cancel after the cancellation period, part of your rent may not be refunded. If we can rebook your rental dates, you will be refunded, less $30.00. 

Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. Please keep us informed of your estimated arrival time. 

We ask that you check out by 11:00 a.m. in order for us to prepare the for the following guest's arrival. A late check out may be arranged at the time of your reservation. 

China Creek Cottages are located at  just east of downtown Willow Creek, California on Scenic Highway 299. We are one hours drive east of Highway 101 from Arcata and two hours west of Interstate 5 from Redding. For a map and driving directions to our property, please click here.
